Offering comfort and support in a safe, nurturing environment to

those who have experienced the death of a loved one.

 

St. Bruno's offers assistance for those that have lost a loved one.

• Help with planning and assisting with the Vigil

• Help with planning and assisting with the Funeral Mass

• a Support Group

 

The Support Group is an eight-week Session:

• Understanding the Stages of Grief

• Surviving the stress and loneliness

• Our feelings of denial, bargaining and guilt

• feelings of anger and depression

• Helping children through grief

• Men in grief

• Spiritual elements of grief and healing

• The value of memories
