Bulletin Announcement Form Please be sure to include the following in ALL announcement requests: • Ministry/Organization Name • Requested date(s) for announcement publication • Heading & Announcement • Contact person and phone number, an email address may be included (but is not required). All bulletin Announcement Requests are due by 9:00am on the Monday prior to the Sunday you wish them to be published.
Preferred Submission Method: Email You may email your Announcement Request to webmaster@stbrunochurch.org prior to the deadline. If you chose to email your request no form is needed, simply note in the subject that your email is for a "Bulletin Announcement Request" and be sure to include ALL of the required elements as stated above.
Secondary Submission Method: Paper Form (PDF to be printed and filled out by hand). Please turn in the form to the Parish Center or send your email before the deadline. Submission of a Request does not guarantee your Announcement will be published. All announcements are at the discretion of the Pastor.

Automatic Offertory Withdrawal Form If you would like to enroll in the "Automatic Offertory Withdrawal" (Electronic Donation) program you may download this form, fill it out and return it to the Parish Center. Automatic Offertory Withdrawal Form 01/2011 What is the Automatic Offertory Withdrawal Program? Now you can make your offertory gifts work harder than ever to support your church by participating in the Automatic Offertory Withdrawal Program. When you participate your gift will be transferred from your checking account or charged to your credit card bill each month and directed to St. Bruno. Your gift will go further than ever allowing us to reduce administrative costs, plan future projects with greater efficiency (since more will be known about our revenue stream over the months ahead), and allow us to spend more time on ministry and less time on fundraising. A record of each gift will appear on your bank or credit card statement. You may increase, decrease, or suspend your giving by calling (562) 947-5637 ext. 114.
