BEREAVEMENT
Mission
To give love, care and compassion through various services offered to the bereaved during their time of grief.
About the Ministry
Members of the Bereavement ministry offer many forms of service and care for families during times of loss and grief. These include meeting with family members and helping prepare the Vigil and Funeral Liturgy which includes providing Altar Servers as needed. Members pray for the deceased and their family members; prepare for the (All Souls Day) Annual Memorial Mass; send out invitations and cards and offer a listening ear and a caring presence for the bereaved.
