A Ministry for Parents and their Children Ages 0-5

Bloom is a welcoming community for parents and their children (ages 0-5). Sessions incorporate various activities week to week & include family crafts, prayer, speakers, and fun outdoor fellowship on the playground.

Jesus said, “Let the children come to me, and do not prevent them; for the kingdom of heaven belongs to such as these." - Matthew 19:14

Where do Bloom events take place?
All Bloom events will be at St. Bruno. During the warm months we plan to spend time outdoors, while we may use some of our indoor facilities as it gets colder in the winter.

Why is this ministry called Bloom?
The journey of parenthood is one that should only be done in community. Bloom is a ministry dedicated to cultivating a relaxing and supportive environment for young Catholic families as their children begin to "bloom" as faithful followers of Jesus. Here, parents can explore the Catholic faith with their young children. Bloom is a space where all are welcome to come as they are. 

Is there a cost to join Bloom?
During the school year, there is a $100 annual fee for each family and you can register at the link below. This includes parents and any/all children between the ages of 0-5. The fee includes all craft supplies, light refreshments, and materials for prayer and reflection. We would recommend that if you are bringing three or more children, it would be helpful to have more than one adult attend the Bloom sessions.

Is there a Mass for Young Families?
Our Parish holds a Mass dedicated to all Youth & their Families every Sunday @ 5:30pm in the Church.
