Lenten Regulations
We do not eat any meat on Fridays of Lent (abstinence) and on Good Friday, we eat a smaller amount of food (fasting).

However, fasting is only for those with no health risk and between 18 and 59 years of age. Abstinence is for everyone over the age of 14.
