You MUST have a valid government ID at time of fingerprinting.
Acceptable forms of photo identification include any of the following (the expiration date has not elapsed):

- State-issued driver's license
- U.S. or Foreign Passport or U.S. Passport Card
- Federal Government Personal Identity Verification Card (PIV)
- Uniformed Services Identification Card
- Department of Defense Common Access Card
- USCIS - Permanent Resident Card (I551)
- USCIS - Employment Authorization Card (I-766)
- Federal, state or local government agency ID card with photograph
- State Governmnet Issued Certificate of Birth
- U.S. Tribal or Bureau of Indian Affairs Identification Card
- Native American tribal document
- Social Security Card
- Court Order for Name Change/Gender Change/Adoption/Divorce
- U.S. or Foreign Marriage Certificate
- Consular Report of Birth Abroad
- Draft Record and School ID with Photograph
- Any foreign government issued photo ID card such as Mexico’s Matricula Consular, El Salvador’s Documento Único de Identidad, Nicaragua’s Cédula de Identidad or a similar internationally recognized document is acceptable. This changes the requirement to provide proof of legal status.
